One motor warmer than the other

Hi guys,

So when I get home after a ride I've noticed that one of the motors is warmer than the other. This is significant too, not just a little bit warmer. This is telling me that for some reason, one of the motors isnt working as hard as the other one.

Any ideas how i can troubleshoot this issue? Has anyone else experienced this problem? I did have an issue recently where one of the motors stopped working completely. That motor is now working fine - i fiddled about with the cables and it started working.
