National Grand Prix

Since Europe has the Evolve World Cup we in the states should host a yearly event. Lets call it Evolve Grand Prix. How about some input on this.
Where should it be held at? My thought are somewhere in California but would really like it closer to me in Washington or Oregon but the weather is unpredictable here.
Lets hear your ideas.

 

I would be cool with it set at sponsor location. Like to see it in California just because it gives me a reason to take a road trip.
I have watched the EWC and vision something like this here. Something that we can race down, have a goodtime, eat some food, drink beer, and win an awesome trophy.
