is this a fair price for a bamboo gtx 2in1?

Found a dude selling a bamboo gtx 2in1 set for around 1400$ he said hes willing to lower the price if its a quick deal so maybe even 1200$.
Bought in february and has around 150km on it, to a newbie like me that sounds like a of kilometers and i feel like even 1200$ might be too much.
Am i completely wrong? i feel like i might be.

Im in europe btw, the prices here are higher than those in the us an australia so keep that in mind.

 

That means the boards possibly been used only 5 times. Sounds pretty good to me
