Is the fan supposed to come on when using the quick charger?

Just plugged in the quick charger for the first time and the little fan on it is going like the clappers. Sounds like it's trying to take off.

That normal?

i use all time but some do say they shorten they life.

 

Hmm, you could try Evolve France or Germany perhaps? I imagine they might be able to ship a charger to the UK.
