GTR Mode not working

Hi all,

I have had my GTR Carbon for about a month now and I love it, I damaged my original R2 remote and brought a replacement, I've checked the parameters prior to riding and they looked fine... But when riding I noticed the board wasn't engaging GTR mode?.
The board starts fine in safe mode and shifts between eco and pro mode no problems at all... Has anyone experienced anything similar?

 

I got my GTR Bamboo a couple of days ago and I'm having the same issue. Custom mode isn't working either.

 

That's a shame man I know how you feel, I can't find any related post highlighting the issue?

 

Try:
Open the App, connect to your board, change the custom mode dial to point to GTR, send the config, restart your board, then press the check Mark in the app. This fixed it for me.

 

*If it’s already pointed there, try setting it to Eco, then following the process above...
