I Like it like that with a mixture of black and blue but I think it would look good in all blue too .What is the carbon on the motors ?? Is that a vinyl decal ?? Is that ok with the heat ??

yes its vinyl wrap, don't have any issues with them, i mainly wanted it to protect the motor from chipping away the paint on the motors

I put some vinyl on my CGT to protect the finish. I was thinking about doing the same on the motors like you did, but had the same question that sk8ter had - about it not allowing as much heat to dissipate. I had a feeling that it shouldn't be a problem, the vinyl isn't an insulator...glad to see someone else did it.

Yea that was my concern on the motors ,Another thing is , since the motors get hot would the decal come off or slide around and make a mess on the motors ??

i've done full speed riding for an hour and it doesn't get anywhere near hot enough for the decals to come off, i mean i don't block any holes or anything so air still gets in there. i haven't run into any problems yet
