Evolve batteries are having problems

    我是国际客户,滑板仍然在保修范围内,但售后服务非常困难,我的滑板最多跑100公里,现在不能打开,不能工作免责声明:完全正常使用,因为售后不能实现,我找到了一个高级工程师对话版本进行测试。
    经过专业检查,专家小组发现电池有问题。无负载,电压36伏正常,一旦有负载,就会停止输出,只有1-2伏的电压,使滑板成为无法打开,不能工作。知道是什么造成的吗?

    Hello everyone, mine is carbon GT
    I am still in international customers skateboard warranty, but customer service service is very difficult, my skateboard run up to 100 kilometers, can not be turn on now, Cannot work。 Disclaimer: completely normal use,。because after-sales service can not be achieved, I found a senior engineer dialogue version of the test.
    After professional inspection, There's a problem with the battery.. No load, voltage 36 volts normal, once there is any load, it will stop the output, only 1-2 volts of voltage, so that the skateboard can not be turn on, can not work. Do you know what caused it?
    I'm so sad。 What should I do? International users are very hard to service, and EVOLVE USA is unfriendly to me! Are there any officials from EVOLVE who can help me?:sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob:

    If I send the skateboard by international express, it will take two months and 700 dollars, as well as Freight and taxes(One-way):sob:

    Did you buy it in the states and bring it with you to China or did they ship it over to you?

    Yeah, returning it to the States for service doesn't sound like a great idea.

    It doesn't seem they have a distributor in China at the moment on their website.

    @EvolveHQ - Are you able to advice the best point of contact for some based in China to have their board serviced?

    Yes,i love evolve! I took it to China。 China has no distributor,

    I have tagged EvolveHQ in this thread. So hopefully it will bring it to their attention and they will reply.

    You could also email the Evolve headquarters in Australia and ask them directly where the best service center for you is located.

    support@evolveskateboards.com.au


    You may be able to have it serviced with Evolve South Korea, Singapore or Malaysia.

    They are all much closer to you than the USA.

    From your videos - it does seem clear your battery has failed. I would test the motor controller with a PSU - 36V and see will it turn on and wheels spin.

    Once confirmed - I would return the battery to Evolve - for them to test and replace. If under warranty they should replace it.

    Should make the cost of shipping a lot lower, the worst part will be waiting and being without the board for weeks.

    It's not that simple.. Can't send it back to customer service,Batteries are prohibited items,Unless the business model, expensive freight and taxes and fees。。。

    I contacted USA ASIS HQ, sent dozens of emails,USA and ASIS asked me to contact HQ, HQ replied. "I can't help you.",What should I do? The battery died during the warranty period.. I pay for them from China, and they do not want to help me
