If the board won't be ridden for a week or two, or longer, is it better to leave plugged in or not? Thanks.

I am not a trained electrical engineer but my understanding is today’s modern batteries can’t really be overcharged. Once they reach a certain level the changer goes into a trickle mode. That being said I generally charge my battery and remote after a good use and just unplug the charger once it turns green. I don’t leave it plugged in for days and if I have only gone for a short ride and my battery is above say 85% I don’t charge. The batteries do have a limited number of charges. Interested to hear what others have to say. Cheers

Store boards fully charged, that's all I know.

Actually storing lithium batteries partially charged is best for them. Leaving the charger plugged in is a fire hazard. Best to keep to a charging schedule whether you use it or not. If your away for 3 months loan it to a friend to use!
