Why does Evolve have a Customer Review / Star option when they filter it?

    So with my terrible experience I had with my GT I discovered that Evolve has a "review" option on their website (USA) to give what I thought honest customer feedback on their boards. All were 5 stars. Well my experience was not 5 stars at all, so I put up a 1 star review and discussed the drop-out issues, board failing to brake, board taking off, and how I got hurt riding the board as well as the bad customer support experience I had. I can see that they can verify if you indeed are a real customer / buyer of the board, which I am/was. When submitting it says its awaiting review. Hmmm, ok, I can understand if I put cuss words in there. Well checking in on the feedback, my review never got posted.

    So in my opinion, what good is a customer review when the company filters out the reviews they feel hurts their sales. Very unethical and lame if you ask me. More like shady.
