Evolve Hayden won't turn on

Hello everyone. So I had my evolve Hayden sitting all winter in my garage. I pulled it out, plugged it in to charge and it won't turn on. When I plug it in to the charger the light in the charger stays greens but the stupid thing won't turn on. Anyone have any insight to this ? Fixes?

 

There has to be a certain amount of volts for the charger to kick on you can fix it depending on your knowledge of how battery’s work evolve will charge u an arm and a leg to do so
