    Hola Folks.

Just curious if you guys use any apps, to keep track of the milage/kilometers on your boards?
I figured it would be good to know so from day 1 when I started riding I downloaded a app called "Mapmyride".
Im quite happy whit the app because it cuts in every km (You can choose when to get updates in the settings), and tell me how many KM I have ridden, how long time, avr speed....and then the music comes back. And when I come home I can save the trip and I know precisely how many km the board have been used total. Had it 4 weeks now, and passed 200km.:metal::cool::ok_hand:
Also found the limit for me on distance is 27km, 75kg rider, in Fast mode only....But riding up and down hils, Quite happy whit that. Got like 20% when I stopped so say 30Km. Nice distance Imo.

Anyway...There Is one problem whit this app...to get the features I want I need to pay.

So was Wunderding if anyone could recommend a free app thats good for tracking milage on the boards?

    Cheers :punch:

I use a similar app called runkeeper. All of the features I need on it are free. It lets me post my results to social media as well.

Sports Tracker is supposed to be a good one. I believe SoCal Legend and B3NWO1R use it. It's got a social aspect too.

I use Bike Computer. It connects with Strava and has everything synced for you.

I used to use run keep for actual running, it was fantastic at the time. I had a mate in the States and the two of us were trying to get fit together. We'd compete against each other each month as part of a bet to spur each other on. It really helped with the motivation and got both of our asses into gear at the time. I should probably start using it again....

Interesting, just downloaded it for myself to test out. Fell out of the habit of using my Apple watch for about 6 months, but just started using it again, so perfect!

Interesting that it's actually an app run by UnderArmour, a big sporting goods brand in the States. Hopefully that means there's a bit of cash and decent dev ops behind it.

I'm giving sports tracker a try right now from these recommendations. One of the things I like about it is that it gives you a running tally of your total miles. With runkeeper I have to add up for the total. Runkeeper posts to Facebook in a nicer format though.

Solid tips on tracking. I think you can download your location history off google too. They know everything!

Oh my gosh, I completely forgot about that wallflorides

When I first learned about that I disabled it because I was a bit paranoid about it, this was a couple of years ago.

Now I've gone back to check I've missed out on all the sweet ride tracking I would have had by now when I forget to use a dedicated app :sob:

You can check your history here

Not sure if there is one. I imagine if you're logged into Google services on your phone, GPS active and you have location tracking on your google account it will automatically populate that web page with your data.

Probably works at a system level on your phone if you have an android device. Pehaps the Google Maps app will send the relevant data back to Google on an iPhone? Not sure.
