so i sent my board in about a month or 2 ago and have rode it like 8 or 9 times till she died since then. the first 3 times was amazing was getting like 20 miles plus on my street and 15 from at! But now for some reason it sags really bad when i got up any hill the battery indicator will drop like 30 or 40 percent and maybe go into eco just like before! the guy that did it has amazing reveiws and when i talked to him he seems like the nicest guy so i dont think he messed with me but i did open up the board it is a new battery pack but dont chgange that my range is just horrible...
so i cleaned the bearing and drive wheels bearings and just made sure everything was tight and ready to ride, i do 2 range test on my 107 mm 32 t (205 P man) and i only got 13 miles.... less than the at when i got it a month ago.. plz help

Maybe it can be the motherboard. I sent my board into Evolve and they replaced my battery and upgraded the mother board to a gen 3

    Sorry to hear Jacob.
    Please keep us updated.

I’ve had my Carbon gtx AT since March and am getting about 25 miles. Here’s what I do that may result in better mileage.

I noticed how well my board recharges when I come down hills in the country (Berkshires.) one hill of about 300’ recharges my battery from 1/2 to full.

Now when I ride in the city (Central Park in NYC,) I lightly apply the breaks whenever possible. Usually from high speed coasting down any size hill.

Lately, I also rest more often. Somehow I suspect the battery performs better. Certainly helps my thighs and my feet!

    chemir,
Sounds like a battery pack issue. It also sounds like someone else did your upgrade to the 18650 pack and that you can communicate with them. It could be the BMS isn't charging the pack properly or some cells in the pack aren't playing nice with the rest of the batteries but there are a number of issues it could be. Did the pack maker provide you with a warrenty? Do you have your old pack before the upgrade so you can test it in the board? It really depends how comfortable you are testing the new pack but that is where I would start. Hope things work out for you.
