After owning my new bamboo for 3 days one of my motors fell off the back when riding. Im guessing the screws came out through vibration. Has anyone else had this happen?

you would have to have more than 1 screw come loose for that to happen, a good reminder to double check these things before each ride, the user manuals recommend this also. Check and tighten the screws before you ride :)

WTF? Only 3 Friggen days of owning. Sad. Glad you didn't get hurt.

Evolve Quality Control.... what's that? What the hell are they smoking while making / assembling these things?

That nice QA paper looks really nice that's included in the box, too bad they don't check anything that really matters with that sheet. Its all marshmallow fluff I guess.

Sorry this happened. Any manufacturer that has competence of where and how these boards would be used would have put loctite on those bolts from the start.

This movie comes to mind about Evolves poor QA processes and especially when you hear about the motor falling off after only 3 days of owning the board.

    The movie is Gung Ho.

I had an issue too. Bought a Carbon GT 2 in 1. It arrived with the AT wheels installed and they rubbed the belt guards badly. A simple spin of the wheels before shipping would have revealed this.

They recommended I add a 2nd washer. This fixed it, but you would think it'd be fine right off the bat. Hopefully, I'm not fixing the symptom and leaving an underying issue.

Did you buy this from EvolveUSA? I agree, you paid $2k+ for this and it should be perfect. They should have caught this immediately if anyone rode or did even a simple bench-test.

Let me know. If so I'll pass this on to Alex @ EvolveUSA so he'll know and hopefully have a better look in that area when they test it. I noted to Alex about this thread and the bad customer experience of the motor falling off with only 3 days of use from brand new. I suggested they use thread locker in the future.
