Bamboo gt not charging

    My bamboo gt is not charging at all, stays green and wont charge the board, already tried checking the charger with my multimeter and seems working fine. Checked all the plugs and the port as well and nothing. Contacted evolve and they think is the bms but no problems with the board or connection everything is ok also never got any black smoke or any sparks on the bms.. Anyone with same problems ? Any help please.
