Sorry for the vague and ambiguous title, I don't really know how to explain this problem.

Basically I noticed a noise coming from one of my motors a few days ago, I wasn't sure what said noise was so I contacted Evolve. They got back to me this morning and now I am waiting for another reply from them, but since then I believe I have figured out what the problem is. One of my motors has no gap between the spinning part and the fixed part, making it grind against itself (basically) when it spins. I will link a video for clarity but my question is, does anyone know how to fix this?

I am sure evolve will get back to me but they have closed for the day and I dont much feel like waiting for a reply if this is an easy fix.

    Cheers!

Hey yea, I had the same problem last year. Evolve said to pack it all up and send it back to them. They gave me warnings about water damage and if any visible damages seen on the skateboard it would be seen as customer damage and I would be charged for shipping to them shipping back any service blah blah blah. I made a slip knot on a piece of para cord, put that around my motor that was grinding, wrapped the loose end of the para cord around my truck twice. I then turned the motor so that when I pull on the string it would pull the motor back in the place creating an even gap. Using an Allen wrench I loosen the screws at the end of the motor. When I did this The motor Wall was able to be moved around. When I had an even gap I tightened the screws back down. I am still running the same motor.
