Carbon GT screws are longer or bamboo deck thinkness leaves no room for my step mounting plate for my front shred lights. Any Bamboo GTX riders with shred lights have any ideas how to get the same style screws? Also the concave of the board around the front trucks leads me to believe the step bracket isn’t going to be level. Let me know if anyone has a solution. Thanks.

I just replied to your other post with actual thickness measurement of the Shred Light brackets. Maybe you could just about be OK if you leave the washers off, as the bracket itself will act as a washer anyway. In my case, I was mounting to a Carbon GT, so did not have any issues. Failing my Two suggestions, any hardware shop will have slightly longer countersunk set screws if you need to buy replacement bolts!

For countersunk stuff I’d try the street skateshops.Shorty’s,Shorty’s,Lucky’s,Diamond Supply etc.

Called Evolve several weeks ago before the shredlights came in... they explained to me that the newer boards have shorter screws. There was enough screw threads needed with the shred light mounting plate. Great product, good fit with original screws.
