    Howdy. Thanks for this. Very informative. Can you provide links to the parts you mentioned? I'm sure we'd all love to know where to get remote triggers and $1 belts! Thanks!

    Thanks for the video. Customer Service should be a companies number one priority if they want returning customers.
    So far I haven't had any problems but if Evolve doesn't value the people who buy there boards then I will be buying my boards from someone else.

    There are links in this forum to belts and motors for the GT, Belts are around $4-$10, which is better than $25-$30
    Motors are $40-$50

    My dealings with evolve have been much the same way as the poor chap with the banged up arm.

    Evolve have sen't me the board to me 3 times now and each time it has been broken. To top this off it's been 5 months since I ordered my fast charger and it's still not here, I've sent them an e-mail and they had no idea it hasn't been sent yet even though my account says unfulfilled order, Personally I'd have the website linked to some system to show all orders that are not complete with an alert if they stay that way for a certain period of time the fact that it's not set up that way is amazing.

    If your board is working fine then you get good service, if you need it fixed etc the service will be bad.

    We're kinda screwed though, None of us would give up riding the board even if it means dealing with the faults.
