New Carbon GT board small issues

love the board but!!! the motor tyres are touching the sides,, can't get a normal peace of paper in-between, the belt on one side is 3cm of the teeth. I'm told this is normal. why would it be normal on a top of a range board for the tyres to rub, why normal for one belt not to run true????

should not this have been picked up before shipping?

 

Mine was rubbing too. Poor quality control since a simple spin of the tires before shipping would reveal this. Customer Service recommended I check tire pressure (was correct) and add an extra silver washer on the inboard side of the wheels. This fixed it, but come on guys!
