Hello, from PA in USA

Hi all! I found this thread while browsing for ways to increase the speed of my Evolve GTR bamboo (all terrain). I'm mostly stock, aside from some lights and a replaced remote. I'm reading about changing the gears. Am I correct that the standard stock gears provided with the AT boards are 66T, and that if I replace them with 47T, I'll be able to get a better top speed (while sacrificing acceleration/torque and braking)?

I've had my board for just under 2 years and I LOVE IT. But I feel like 20mph is just a shy under where I'd like to top out at. I've been considering purchasing a new board, so I'd have an extra one when friends visit. I would like to spend some time upgrading what I already have and learning more.

I bet you’ll want 6” tires with 47T. That’s a speed improvement. I think 47T with 7” would be too drastic, with little hill climbing capability left.
