Carbon Gt older vs newer version remote and board

i have two carbon Gt boards, one bought just before the new remote comes out and one just before 10 days and that one came with the newer v2 remote.
I have noticed that the newer with the version 2 remote had lower torque in fast mode than the older board with the version 1 remote. Had anyone noticed that??
I don't know if this is happening because of the ne'er remote or not or if the newer esc in the board give less torque ...
