Hello from Northern Virginia

Hi,
I live in Hawaii, but I am in the VIenna/Fairfax area for the summer. I had an Evolve Carbon GT shipped out to VIrginia.
I have only ridden it a handful of times so far, but it is pretty fun on the AT setup. It is pretty rough not being able to surf for several months , but I am hoping the carbon gt will be a fun replacement for the summer.

Two Quick Questions,
1] Does anybody have any good recommendations on fun trails in the area? I was thinking of taking the metro to DC, and riding around there, but I wasn't sure if I could take the board in museums.

2] When I am done for the summer, and I have to fly back to hawaii, anybody have recommendations on getting the board with the battery back to Hawaii. I have been looking in shipping, and most places will not ship lithium batteries this large.


Also I am definitely interested in meeting up and doing some rides through the area.
