Carbon Gt scratching noise

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums but I ran into a problem, recently with my brand new evolve gt I am finding a weird scratching noise coming from the rear motors whenever on slightly more rough terrain.

And i can't diagnose/solve The problem.

And suggestions would be great.

 

If that sound is coming from the rear, then the culprit is the motors. The motors should have absolutely no play between the stator and rotor so it's out of spec.
