    why was my post deleted?

I went out to get dinner yesterday about 2 miles away from home, on my way back my board dropped the connection to my remote and powered off.. now it won’t turn back on. When I press the power button nothing happens, no blue flashing light. The battery indicator for my board and the remote showed fully charged prior to leaving the house.

I plug the power cord in and it went from green to red, work up this morning the light is green indicating a full charge. This morning I took the battery cover off to make sure everything is connected properly, still not turning on. What can I do?

Board delivered Monday April 23rd, no update as of yet. Emailed them but no response over past two days, will follow up Monday. Was hoping to they’d do it this week. I’ve ridden my board 5 times since I got a little over a month ago... sucks!

  5. i just received my first updated r2 remote,
i dont know if these manufacturers can amplify the signal of receivers in these remotes or is it the bigger battery outputting more juice for that receiver but now,
the pairing between r2 and board is done instantly,

I didn't even get to ride the board and got the same issue as you. Are they hiring 7 year olds to put these boards together or is there absolutely no quality assurance or both? frustrating. They should have a 5km test.
