Hi Guys, turning off my board after my commute this morning (Gen2 Bamboo Street) and the on/off indicator light on board has frozen red and now everything is completely inactive (remote turns on but does not sync).

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I did ride through some surface water this morning - NOT puddles, but, like, water run off - we're talking less than half a mm here!

Undo the allen screws on top that hold the battery pack on and see if something might have gotten wet or loose.

UPDATE: Light has changed by itself to sync (red/blue flashing), so I turned on my remote and GOOD TO GO! Except now the board won't turn off (board light now stays either blue (on) or a slightly less bright blue (attempting to turn off when I hit the power button))... ???

I have a feeling your power switch got wet. Maybe it will dry out and go back to normal.

Seems to be that way. It's now pretty much back to normal. Jeez these things just don't like the slightest bit of water, do they?

No not really but I have heard of people waterproofing there boards with some type of spray. I wouldnt recommend it. Just ride when it dry.
