Motor controllers . I would like to know what is the cause of one hall sensor port not working

My motor controller is the problem. My belt snapped on my all terrain gtx bamboo and I still rode for three miles. When I got back my motor wasn’t working , so I took my board apart and found that Whole sensor one was not working but the motor still worked in hall sensor two. Would evolve sell me a motor controller. ?

 

I just went for a ride and now it’s just kicked in both working fine now . Weird
