Trip distance stays at 0km with R2 remote & Bamboo One

Hi all,

I was using the search function but couldnt find a solution to my problem. I got my R2 remote 2 days ago and noticed that the "Trip" value witihin the display stays at 0.0 km no matter how far I ride. Im using the R2 with a Bamboo One board. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to change some settings or das the distance measurement not work with the Bamboo One?

They sent me the R2 because of disconnecting issues with the original One remote. It was better but still had issues, so they sent me a new motor controller board. Since then I had no disconneting issues.

It is weird that the R2 can not show distance with the bamboo, but the R2 can also not be updated via App or USB, you have to send it to evolve. My experience with evolve so far is that they are missing people who are good in electronics and informatics. They have a lot of issues in that department in my opinion.
