Pairing problem

Hi we are trying to pair an R2 remote to a bamboo all train GTR and its not working - can anyone help us out?

 

New Bamboo GTR AT owner. Only 3 sessions. No pairing issues. Full charged the remote and the board before doing anything. Then did a remote reset. Probably not necessary, but the bumps and drops of shipping might have knocked it out of sync. Turned the board on. Then turned the remote on. Paired right away.

Any other Gen4, R2 skaters in your area? Might want to try pairing their remote to your board and your remote to their board. Would be a simple way of determining if either your board or remote is defective.

 

it's my daughters, she got it on Thursday (a years worth of paper round money!) and she's used it 8/9 times, no pairing problems, and then last night it stopped pairing, we've reset it - but it didn't work.... will call the shop on Tuesday, just wondered if anyone on here has any ideas. It flashes but doesn't connect. Don't know of anyone locally who has one that we could test it on, but thanks for the reply.

 

Maybe make sure other Bluetooth devices are 33 + feet away while pairing??

 

thank you for replying - it's gone back to the shop, and they have been brilliant - but that is definitely something to bear in mind when it comes back, she can't wait!!
