    Hi guys,

I'm new eboarding only having my bamboo GT 3/4 weeks but I am absolutely loving it and using it every day wether it's riding to work or just taking the dog for a walk.

1 question I do have is regarding the battery, as soon as I pull the trigger the battery level drops from 100% to pretty much nothing in less than 10 seconds but as soon as im releas the trigger it goes back up again to full power. Am I doing something wrong? I am using the AT wheels and the road is pretty flat (1 or 2% gradient max) or is it me, am I too heavy for the board? I weigh circa 13 stone.

Help or advice would be much appreciated?

    Ash

Some battery sag is normal, but that should only really occur on hills or when the battery is low. Not when the board is at 100%
When you say "pretty much nothing" what %?

  4. I am having the same issue, and have only been told to send the board back to evolve to look at it (outside of warranty). Please let me know what the issue is if you are inside of warranty. I just posted a similar thread.
