Ya - I found a set here in OZ - have ordered them - now to work out how to shave them! Cheap Electric Planer might be the ticket....

They actually look pretty well proportioned against the Carbon GT, not too oversized. I wonder what they look like on a Bamboo.

    I
My local shop only had the 90mm ABEC 11 when I bought the board - they are great - I ride them on local bike paths and all stones, sticks and general ground crud go flying off path when I ride over them - they are unstoppable as is- I look at the 90mm wheels as I type and they look huge - I can't really fathom how the 107mm are going to look in the real world - can't wait.

Andy, is there a major difference in ride feeling between the 75a on the 97mm and the 77a on the pink 107mm? Or does the sheer size discount that perhaps?

Yeah I think the sheerness size would but I can't see any real world as only got to burn around the track on then not pavements etc. They suck like glue and was very stable at speed. Not as nimble as the 97s tho

These are the two sorts of abec 11 electric flywheels - 77a and 80 a- the lime ones are 80a, the pink ones are 77a - there are green ones too they are 75a i think - i have tried all the sizes of abec, the kegels - both and the 107mm abec 11 electric flywheels are the BOMB..... more range , smoother running etc etc - come and have a go at the HUSKelectric velopark-roadtrack free ride in May details on www.huskelectric.com

to shave get an old truck - screw to a plank of wood ( stability ) put the flywheel onto the truck and secure so it can spin freely as you grind it , Get a hand held belt sander - use the sander to spin the wheel and grind it, simples. MAKE SURE YOU GRIND THE RIGHT SIDE OF ONLY TWO WHEELS..........

That VeloPark looks ace Matt. Do you know if there's anything similar in west London?

Between CycloPark and this, you East Londoners are all set, but it's a bit of a mish to get there from the west.

Yeah, West London is a bit of a pain when it comes to public transport getting to the far east, got to take the train into central London, then lots of changing to get onto another line out East.

Richmond Park is indeed my stomping ground at the moment, absolutely glorious on the ATs. Would be fun to find some other BMX or tarmac tracks this side of London that are easier to drive to.

Wembley isn't a bad shout actually! Might be worth getting in touch with someone there to enquire about it.

That's a great idea, there's lots of stadiums around London, never thought about that. Might have to pick one nearby for an outing one evening. I bet the carparks there are good too.
