First of all I love it.

    Downs: Acceleration.
Ups: Break engine plate less (none yet), smoother ride, faster.

The only problem is the torque, which Im posting here about since I couldnt find a discussion or FAQ anwsered, Original ABEC gear is 32T, I believe 36T and 38T also exist (Number of teeth = T), meaning the engine has to spin more revolutions for each revolution of the wheel, ie less speed but more torque.

Evolve Australia now sells ABEC 38T gears if you email them, they've advised me 275mm belt will work. 10mm more than the original 265 I believe this is. Unfortunately on Evolve Australia website they have re-badged their belts (Which used to be Gates belts) as eg GT-0004. Meaning they want to make a few more $$ from belt sales and make it more difficult to bypass the overpriced belts. Since some of us used to buy externally for half price and in bulk. So its hard to say what this GT-004 belt actually is from just the website.

Check amazon. I just picked up a 250 belt for the street 32t set up for about 8 dollars.

We dont have Amazon here yet, so it's +20$ for delivery. I have found the belt for 20aud on ebay though.
I just hope its the right size, can you confirm 275-5M-15 is good for a 38T setup?

To me the 275 sounds right. The AT belt is a 360 which is way larger the a 38t.

Maybe contact the vendor D&D powerdrive direct. They may send it to your location without going through amazon.

I'm pretty sure (counted the teeth) that the 32t is 250 and 38t is 260
