    HI Guys

Need some Help, I took the drive wheel of my carbon street and 7 small black washers fell out (see Picture), anyone have any idea what the sequence is that they go back on ? also there is a spacer in between the two bearing on the drive wheel that seems to be very loose ! is this normal ?

    Hope you can help

    Thanks Mike

ok, the spacer should be fine, but maybe tap the bearings in as far as they can go to be safe.

for the washers and speed rings, it looks like you have the early production run, so for the drive wheels, you should have the following:

2 large washers, then your wheel cog, followed by 4 of the black speed rings, then your wheel, then 1 black speed ring, then your wheel nut. Do the same for both sides. If you want less parts to worry about, get yourself some bearings with in built spacers and speed rings :)

Thanks for the reply, funny that I have and early production run as I only bought the board on the 29 August 2016 from Evolve for $1599.00 I would think I would of gotten the most update board for the time and price ? do you know what the later versions had ?

    Thanks again

Latest boards simply have a very small change to the truck, where you only need 1 large washer, and 1 speed ring. Don't stress it's nothing at all.

I was just putting the grease in my hubs to stop the clicking and whilst taking the bearings out noticed that one of the rear wheels (AT) did not have the spacer inbetween the bearings. All other 3 wheels had the tube spacer between the hubs. Is this normal? Where can i get one of these spacers from? Are they the same size from any skate shop? I'm a bit bemused as I'm waiting for a faulty motor to be replaced and now I find this...

yes they are just standard skateboard spacers, if you board was missing one from the factory, let Evolve know about it, this should have been caught in the QC process.
