  1. so I don't go down very steep curbs, usually just the same ones cyclists do on the local cycle routes but I seem to still be getting damage to my rear trucks.

Anybody got any tips on a modification I could make to prevent this?

  2. Like driving your care carefully and stones fly up the hood... There will always be minor damage when you ride your board. I know it brakes your haert when your board get's scratched ;-) Maybe a little paintjob can fix it.

I know it is your new baby, but that is nothing... Saying that as others have said 97's will stop this happening (mostly).

  6. Where can we even get the 97's? I can't find them anywhere. I contacted Evolve and they said *maybe* several weeks from now they'll have stock.

Supposedly these guys might have some, but I'm in the USA. Trying to find a place for these here...

  7. Abec11 97mm are out of stock everywhere... apparently Abec can't/won't tell them when production will start up again?!

  8. I managed to find these and these

I put in a contact form at the first site to ask if they're in stock. And the 2nd site, those are 78a. Not sure if it's worth it for 78a over 75a

I have 97's on mine and still get the scratched trucks. Black paint works great.

there was a facebook post about using that sticky backed thin rubber you can get from any automotive type supply store (trim to fit) - going to put some of that on mine I think just in that area that seems to get dinged up on all the boards

you can get 3D printed parts to help against scratches, or even use some latex paint

I designed it myself. It is made of 1mm laser cut stainless steel.

  16. can you post the drafts!

Honestly, I do not have a draft available. I designed it online within the webshop of the laser cut company. However, if you are interested I can order a protection shield paire for you and send it to Brazil. Costs would be €10,- + shipping costs of €4,-.

I'd be keen on a pair for my Carbon GT (or maybe even 2 pairs, so I have a spare set). How much would the shipping be to New Zealand? Cheers.
