Broken motor?

    Hi,

    I was riding to my house when right motor suddenly starts making a bad sound. Like if a internal magnet was loose. I removed the wheel and the belt and spined the motor and doesn't spin free, like something inside was blocking it. Is this a broken motor? I'm screwed. :(

    I hope that Evolve repair it ASAP since this is my commute vehicle.

    Evolve support isn't very helpful, last email from them was 10th January saying that he will ask to his boss and they have not even send anything. Not happy with the support.

    Riding with only a motor is a ****, this thing stucks at small hills and brakes sucks.

    Hmm, perhaps they meant to get back to you but had issues for some reason. I wouldn't hesitate to give them another nudge via email as a reminder, or perhaps phone them direct on Monday to chase up.

    Give them a call, I have called a few times and they answer right away. No hold.
    Also with Christmas and Newyrs they are probably still low on staff until this coming week.
