Evolve Baboo Gt Bms problem

Hi, I have a problem with my Evolve Bamboo GT—it won’t turn on. I measured the voltage directly on the battery, and it shows 41.3V, but when I measure the voltage at the BMS output (P-), it only shows 18.6V.
Could this mean the BMS is faulty?
The battery is fine I made it last year, and everything has been working until now.

I have disconnected the cables to the motor controller.
I need to find out whether the output voltage from the BMS should be the same as the input voltage. (When measuring with B-, I get 41.3V, but when measuring with P-, I get 18.6V.)
I’m not sure if the issue is with the BMS or the motor controller.
I would need to find out if the battery with the BMS connected, but disconnected from the motor controller, shows the same values on the output of the BMS as on the input
Thank you very much for your help!

Me dedico por hobby a hacer baterías y reparar placas base.Me pasaron uno que hacía lo mismo y la reparación consistio en cambiarle un Mosfet de la BMS.

I had a similar issue, though was intermittent. I found several issues. On the BMS I had mild corrosion around the connector to the main board (this is a serial bus so needs good clean connection) and the second was mild corrosion and blobs of glue around the solder points for the battery temp probe. When I removed the glue (this is well known for going slightly conductive with after being heated for a long time) the wires for the battery probe were actually corroded right through. I re soldered all of the wiring, removed all of the glue and corrosion, used some hot glue under the large filter capacitor to hold it from vibration and the intermittent no power problem disappeared (power light now in every time). However I still had an intermittent no drive problem, I ended up calibrating the remote with the minimum point slightly higher than real (hold trigger in 2mm for min throttle and min brake positions). No problems at all now.
