Bamboo gtr powers on (blue light flashes) but no power

Bamboo gtr will turn on and the blue light will flash as normal, but won’t have any power, remote won’t connect to it and my phone won’t be able to find it by Bluetooth (using the evolve app)

 

FYI this isn’t an Evolve company Forum, where they’d give service. Email them directly.
I’ve had 2 GTRs, no bright ideas for you but to contact them.

 

Hi have you tried resetting the controller throttle and brake then try and reconnect itv

 

I'm experiencing the same thing. Did you ever figure out what it was?
