    Hi all
I've had my carbon gt for over a year now and absolutely love it!
I need some help though on what wheels I should get...
Currently my board is set up with the 83mm from factory wheels which I love due to their efficiency and smoothness all be it on smooth surfaces. I also have the AT wheels which are fun but I dislike that drag you get with the pneumatic tyres and also the halving of my distance! So I'm after something in between that retains the efficiency of the "standard skate wheel" but with a little more give to allow riding around generally to be easier and not just searching for the smooth path etc. want to be able to handle a few cracks, stones and twigs without fear of my life :)
So I hear a lot on foamies and 107 etc but not sure what to get
Would love to hear your experiences and recommendations ????

    cheers and safe riding
    Steven

I have the 107mm wheels and they are great for cracks and sub par pavement. Top speed is higher and braking and acceleration is a little weaker on the 32t gears. But manageable.

my wheel of choice is the 97mm.
I’m looking at replacing my stock 97mm wheels with either the new evolve 97mm or the abec 97mm 74a (Black ones).

The 107mm are really nice soft wheels, great for bad roads and pavements

Not sure on the foamies, only used the the ruff stuff wheels and didn’t like them. Foamies are the same weight as the Abec 11 F1 107mm wheels 500g each wheel.

97mm abec 74a refly is worth looking at if you don’t want 107mm

You could use evolve stock hubs not a 100% safe ( thats what people say) but I never had a problem and many others too.

On all terrain set up 66T
