Anyone have the specs on how many teeth are on the small motor pulley?

The rears are 32 teeth and the optional torque pulley set are 38 teeth.

I think it was in the unofficial manual.

Can't you count them? One problem with trying to find pulleys with different number of teeth is the flat section of the motor drive shaft didn't match most cogs.

Not when you don't have the board in your possession at the time of the question. I would have though someone would have this number known and on the top of there head, it tells you the drive ratio.

Thanks Nismo929 for the link, been looking for something like that. Going to hunt down some steel pulleys for this thing and go up on the number of teeth to get a higher top end. As it stands now my Metro is quite a bit faster when running the 21 tooth front pulley. Tonight / tomorrow I'm doing to start playing around with fully charged balanced pack on the Evolve and the 97mm wheels. If that doesn't suit my speed expectations those stock pulleys are coming off immediately. I may also play around with putting on the MetroBoard 36 tooth aluminum street pulley on the rear and play with the front pulley ratio with that. This will be a total experiment, I want the dirt setup to work well too so I'll have to write down these ratios I have and see where it puts me in both setups. The Metro aluminum rear pulley will have to be shaved down since they run an 18mm wide belt.

I read in another forum that the small motor gear/pulley is 15 tooth.

My apologies wiztecy, I just assumed that you had a board! The stock one is 15 tooth. I think an 18 tooth would be the way to go. Just a little bit more speed and torque not massively reduced.
The biggest problem I see is not being able to move the motors far enough away and getting the right belt. I see the guy on the other forum has done it for the street setup, but I dont think there is the space for the AT setup.

That's ok, its the type of question of a typical board owner anyways and I would have made the same assumptions :)
I was thinking the same, that 18 would be a good one to throw in there. I still have to figure out why I'm only getting 19mph out of the 83mm wheel setup. Hopefully since the board is new that the battery is just way out of balance. Charging it and letting it sit overnight though the weekend should be long enough and I'll see if my mph increase.

The board has tons of torque so I don't think going up by 3 teeth will hurt it too much. Especially if you use the board on straights and moderate hills. As for the belt / motor adjustment, that's a good point. Have to see how much adjustment the motors have, sourcing a longer belt won't be a problem.

But everything is documented in Nismo929's link above, belt size, pulley size, and how to make it work. If you throw a 21 tooth on there with the 97's they apparently hit the 30mph mark. Nice!

I would have thought they would have got more than 30mph . I get 40kmh increase from 15 teeth to 21 should mean 56kmh? (35mph)
I am not wanting to go that fast!
