Got my Bamboo GT yesterday and this morning I noticed that only one motor was working. One motor works fine and the other motor twitches once when i pull the trigger but doesn't spin.

Has anyone else had this issue? I haven't checked the wiring, and I've reconnected the remote a few times.

    Thats suck man.....only a day??

I have seen similar before - can be various reasons, ranging from serious to super minor and easily resolved yourself.

    1. Worst case - internal motor damage - they have soldered wire connections internally, if any get damaged - power, and various control lines....that would cause your symptom (very unlikely)
    2. The motors cables when they enter the battery compartment have 2 connection points - the first is power, a thick 3 pin connector, easily checked it is secure and open to clean. Once i had water wick down the lead and a tiny bit of damp in this connector caused your symptoms. Easy fix, but (unlikely if you have had no exposure to moisture.)
    3. The control lines - this is a small white 5 pin plastic connector that joins ht motor controller - this connector has the 5 wires attached to pins - if one of these wires is loose or has vibrated loose if would cause your problem. A number of people already on the forum have resolved this themselves and have write ups about it. (likely has been experienced by several already)
    4. That white connector itself could simple be loose. (also likely - have not seen it happen, but easy to happen with vibrations)

Best thing to do - email evolve, let them know, and say you are prepared to have a quick look at the above if it ok with them - from past experience they are very cool about these things.

Easy to diagnose. I had the exact same problem. I got a new motor from Evolve and I replaced the faulty. It's easy. No need to send the whole board.
