Hey, I've had a Bamboo One for two weeks, and suddenly the battery has stopped charging. When I plug the charger into the wall, the light on the charger turns green as always, but when I plug it into the board, it doesn't turn red.

I attempted to follow the troubleshooting steps in this video, making sure the connector is fully in and wiggling it, but the light on the charger still doesn't turn red. When I opened the battery case to check the fuses,...

I went back to the old remote, same problem.

I removed the wheel and belt and belt cover. No love.

I held down the left button on the remote so that the dark blue flashed on the top two buttons, and it spun for a few seconds, then stopped. Couldn't get that to happen again.

Picked up the last ever GT one from evolve HQ this week , Fleur told me it was the last one ever sold. Judging by the build sheet its the demo board from the showroom. Problem is 90% of the time remote doesnt spin the wheels. Repairing the R2 remote no fix, voltage meter stuck in charging port shows 41.7v on full charge. Remote looks to be newer than board I suspect firmware mismatch. Going to take back to HQ this week but if its I can fix it myself I would prefer it. Any ideas?

I love the surfy ride of the One, was put off by the twisting on pro mode but bought it anyway. The next day I had a short ride with friends on their e-boards and towards the end of the ride my motor failed, it did same as I have seen on some youtube videos, making bad noise but still turning. Also it was cutting out, motor pretty much dead within 24 hours of owning. Retailer replaced motor with a loan motor but...
